Kieren Seymour’s work reflects his broad range of interests - from the history of painting to macroeconomics. In this new series for Sunday Salon, titled In the Near Future... Kieren imagines potential dystopian futures. As reflected in these works, his daily drawing practice is a way for him to process life’s experiences, from the profound to the absurd. Kieren has studied in New York, Zurich and Australia and was notably accepted into the Bard MFA programme in New York with a fellowship. He has exhibited extensively including projects at Utopian Slumps, Sutton Gallery and Neon Parc among others.
