Charlotte Ghaie uses art as a therapeutic tool connecting self-awareness and personal excavation to collective cultural and psychological experiences. She explores her fragmented cultural identity of South-Asian migrant and English/Irish convict and settler descent via depictions of self/the other, place, primeval mothers and women’s work.
